Ninja Lab Terms & Conditions

PAYMENTS
The Ninja Lab + has a one-time sign-up fee of $5,000 to sign up and have access to the program. After 30 days, you will be debited a monthly fee of $1,200 Per/Month. The monthly subscription fee will be automatically charged to the credit card account you use to sign up for the service. You can always change the card on file if you wish.
AD ACCOUNT
AGM MARKETING INC is not responsible for disabled ad accounts. Facebook uses robots and can change their advertising guidelines without notifying its advertisers.
CHANGES TO VIDEOS & GRAPHICS
As part of this service, you will receive 2 videos and 1 image every month to promote your brand and products. Each one of these items are called “Creatives.” You will get up to 3 changes per creative. Creative changes can be either revisions or rewrites. Revisions and rewrites are defined as the following:
Revision: At AGM Marketing, we define a revision as any change made to a piece of copy, a video, or a graphic that stays true to the original vision of the project but is of a minor nature. Examples include changing a phrase or a word in the delivered copy, asking to replace a color or change font in a video, moving text within an image, or resizing an element on a graphic.
Rewrite: We define a rewrite as occurring when the original vision of delivered copy, video, or graphics was not approved and you would like to change your vision. This will start the entire production cycle all over again, setting back your project deadline.
RESULTS
Results from the Ninja Lab Plus program may vary person to person. There are a variety of elements that can contribute to business growth. Your results from AGM Ninja Lab Plus may vary from other client testimonials or case studies. Your results will be based on many variables, such as your level of effort, business acumen, personal qualities, knowledge, skills, advertising budget and a number of other factors. Since these factors differ for each individual, we cannot guarantee your success, results, or income level, nor are we responsible for your success or failure. The AGM Ninja Lab Plus and AGM Marketing are not “get rich quick schemes.” It takes lots of time, effort, and dedication to achieve success. We believe the AGM Ninja Lab Plus provides excellent resources to learn and execute marketing skills that allow for the potential of growing your brand and reaching the revenue goals that you desire.
CANCELLATION OF SERVICE
If you need to cancel your subscription you must visit our website, scroll down to the sub-menu on the bottom and look for the link to cancel your subscription, fill out the form and your cancellation will be processed. NOTE: Emailing us saying cancel my subscription will NOT cancel your subscription. Sometimes emails can go straight to spam or junk boxes, so it's important to fill out this form online.
MANAGEMENT OF ADS
Our team will not manage your ads on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. We help you set up your ads, do an analysis of the audiences and make suggestions and if approved, we help you execute those changes. We are not responsible for responding to, hiding or deleting comments on your ads. Community management is solely your responsibility.
SCHEDULING CALLS
When scheduling your strategy call with Manuel Suarez or Coach Jorge, it is important to understand that AGM uses their personal calendar to book the call and since their time is limited you must choose one of their available slots. Available times will reflect our time zone (Eastern Time.) They are not available on the weekends or certain holidays.
WORKSHOPS & BOOTCAMPS
AGM hosts 2 workshops/bootcamps a year. All active Ninja Lab Plus clients get 2 all-access tickets to both events. Clients are responsible for their own transportation to and from the events as well as the hotel. Additional tickets can be purchased for an additional reduced rate.
TECH SUPPORT HOURS
All Ninja Lab Plus clients are allotted up to five hours of tech support. These hours can be used for assistance with websites, advertising platforms, applications, integrations, and other technical difficulties you may encounter that you need help with. These hours expire at the end of the month and do not accumulate and can not be redeemed for other services. You must visit our website to request your tech support assistance by filling out the form.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
The Ninja Lab Plus does not include unlimited customer service. You are assigned an account manager that will meet with you once a month and you can always call or email us if you have questions about your product, service. We are here to help and if it is something we can help you with we will, but we also want to manage expectations and let you know upfront that this service does not include unlimited marketing support or on-demand marketing assistance.
